Off we go
Tomorrow we begin our journey to the new house. My mind recently has literally just been thinking about all the things to arrange the logistics of actually moving. It finally comes together tomorrow and I'm sure there will be a few last minute things to do and stuff to pack that we missed. So far though everything is going smoothly. Now we just need to get there safely and have all out stuff make it then get everything set up and unpacked again. See you on the other side.

Pieces of paper
It's kind of annoying and I'm fed up with waiting right now. All we need from the bank are some pieces of paper so we can go back in to debt. They have agreed to lend us a large sum of money but are dragging their arses around being slow on actually letting me sign on the dotted line (or solid lines really, so many signatures). With that done we are moved and ready to live our new life in our new house. Really bored of waiting for things to happen. Whenever they asked for something I had it to them within 10 minutes usually, sometimes the next day since they asked last thing in the evening, but still it isn't that hard of a thing to do.
In happier news Monday was my last commute to work day. I'm no longer going in to the office. So of course that last day involved accidents both driving to and from work that delayed things. Just to remind me of what I'm not going to miss. Not to mention the next two years of road works on the freeway. Or the railway crossings around our house that are going to be replaced next month. Or all sorts of other little things that are annoying in trying to travel from one place to another. From now on it is just me at home with my wife and the various animals. So much easier.

Think I've got it all done now
Well it has been an exceedingly busy week hence nothing much here recently. Our house is sold, our new house is literally just about become ours, the vast majority of our possessions are in boxes and almost everybody has been told we are moving. It is an awful lot of things to organise and arrange but somehow we have managed it. I'm sure we'll miss something or need to get something else finished but other than that we are all moved except for the physically moving bit.
I told my parents where we are moving to yesterday and they seem pretty jealous. It is a nice house in a very quiet remote area, exactly what we wanted when we planned this whole moving thing. We need to spend a few days in the caravan with all the pets between moving out of this house and in to the new one which is going to be fun. I'm sure the cats will love it, time with us in a smaller place, they won't be able to get enough of us I suspect. Not so sure on little Andy but if we can find some place safe to keep her she doesn't need much.
Seems weird though with so much stuff packed up how little we actually need to live day to day. Sure after a while like this we would be bored since we only have a few things available to do and if we needed to do something other than eat, sleep and rest we wouldn't have what we need but it shows how much stuff you have that you only use occasionally.
Still I'm kind of brain zonked at the moment with all this going on. Really don't have time in my brain for anything else. It'll be nice once we are in the new house, our belongings have turned up and we are mostly unpacked and in the new house. Then we can just get on with living our lives.
