Trying to decide what to do today, my last day of holiday before going back to work. Sad that this time always comes, the day where the dreaded work is just around the corner (or nights sleep really) and time with my wife will be rationed to time I can actually be at home again rather than all day. Being together 24 hours works for us, sure we don't "see" each other when we are sleeping and we go to bed and get up at slightly different times some days but we are there in the same room doing something all the time. We are lucky in that way, we just work together and always get along. Sure I annoy my wife occasionally but that is brief and is soon forgotten.
So what now for this final day? A new year has started again, no real difference obviously since it is just a side effect of a numbering system. Taking it easy I suspect and loving my wife. That always seems to work.
