Note this is a real pancake not the generally soggy mattress like pancakes that you get in the US all too often. This is the kind of pancake I grew up with and despite being in the country for over 13 years I will not switch my definition :) .

Forgotten picture
Took this picture over the weekend. We had more pancakes, for breakfast both Saturday and Sunday. I like the fact that you can see the small lake of maple syrup on top of the pancake before the second one I had that day was placed on top. Serious sugar rush going on at that time.
Note this is a real pancake not the generally soggy mattress like pancakes that you get in the US all too often. This is the kind of pancake I grew up with and despite being in the country for over 13 years I will not switch my definition :) .
