Painful

  Just interviewed another guy who's main spoken language was not English. It was painfully slow to say the least. I know a lot of what my job is doesn't involve spoken interactions but being able to communicate clearly is kind of vital. Kind of glad the interview was over by the end of it since stilted pause ridden conversations are never fun.
