I've just experienced the genius that is Llamatron again thanks to the genius of my wife. If you have never played that game you've never tried something that is truly nutty and fun and fast and frenetic and addictive and just downright silly. Mind you if you've played any other games from Jeff Minter you know exactly what I'm talking about but his take on Robotron is downright surreal sometimes. I literally died in 2 seconds some times it moves so fast.
Still my wife knew exactly what I needed to take me back to my childhood. She certainly listened to me playing that game an awful lot when she first met me. It was something I played over and over until I got good enough to finish it, once without even using a continue I believe. She really does know how to take me back and put a huge smile on my face.
Oh and a quick edit to update something I forgot. I'm now at 17 Platinum PS3 trophies :) .
