Our big boy

  Just thought I would share this picture I took this morning that gives some idea of how big our oldest and biggest cat Boots is. This is him sitting on my wife this morning.

  My wife is basically completely smothered by him, his body just about covers the entirety of my wife's torso. I don't think people realise how big cats can be without being fat until they see him. Admittedly he is one of the largest breeds but even then he is not as large as some ragdolls can get. His father weighed a good 6 lbs heavier than him. The contrast between him at 18 lbs and Daisy at barely 8 lbs is quite large (although I don't believe Daisy is 8 lbs, she is too skinny and small to be that much).
